Lamentations are not just expressions of sadness. In themselves, in the sheer act of their creation and ingestion, they can be tools for processing the personal energy that accompanies enormous, unresolvable problems. They aren't always sad. Like the problems they elucidate, they can be quite intricate. Enter "Book of Lamentations," in which thoughtForm uses the LinnStrument's wide range of expressive capabilities to explore obscure scale variations featuring asymmetry and "gaps" in the notes—landscapes for one to navigate around. "Book of Lamentations" is best ingested alone in your dark bedroom late at night or on meandering midnight walks through woods. Lamentations are a process: feel them.
